| Mr. Monson has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Seitel since December 15, 2004. He previously served as Seitel's Chief Financial Officer from May 10, 2004 until December 15, 2004 and served as Secretary from August 31, 2004 until December 15, 2004. Mr. Monson has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including over seven years in the international seismic industry. Prior to joining Seitel, he served in various financial capacities with Schlumberger Limited ("Schlumberger"), a New York Stock Exchange, Inc. listed company, since 1985. Most recently, Mr. Monson served as business segment chief financial officer for Schlumberger Well Services and the worldwide controller for Oilfield Technology Centers. Prior to this, he served as worldwide director of human resources for financial personnel of Schlumberger Limited. From 1998 to 2000, he served as chief financial officer of Schlumberger Oilfield Services-UK. From 1985 to 1998, he served as either treasurer or controller to other Schlumberger entities, including assignments in the New York headquarters and various international locations. |

| Ms. Kendrick, CPA, became Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Seitel in October 2009. She has been Treasurer of Seitel since May 2005. Ms. Kendrick previously served as Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary of Seitel from August 1993 to October 2009 and Senior Vice President of Seitel from September 2001 to October 2009. She also served as our interim Chief Financial Officer from December 2004 to July 2005 and from June 2002 to May 2004. Prior to joining Seitel in 1993, she was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, where her last position was Director of Finance and Administration. |

| Mr. Callaghan has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Seitel since June 2002. Prior to this date, Mr. Callaghan had been Senior Vice President of Seitel Data, Ltd. since January 1998. He was president of Olympic Seismic Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seitel, from June 2002 until December 2004, interim president of Olympic Seismic Ltd. from July 2001 until June 2002 and vice president of Olympic Seismic Ltd. from January 2001 until July 2001. Mr. Callaghan joined Seitel in August 1995 as Vice President of Onshore Operations of Seitel Data, Ltd. Before joining Seitel, he spent 24 years in the seismic industry in various operational and managerial positions in several companies, including his most recent position as Vice President of North and South American Operations for Digicon Geophysical Corporation. He has been a director of Wandoo Energy LLC ("Wandoo"), a privately owned oil and gas prospecting company in which Seitel has a 20% ownership interest, since November 2005. |

| Mr. Sides became President of Seitel Data, Ltd. in July 2009. He joined Seitel in July 1996 as Manager of Onshore Operations for Seitel Data, Ltd. In November 2002, he was promoted to Vice President—Onshore Operations for Seitel Data, Ltd. and in January 2005 he was promoted to Senior Vice President—Operations for Seitel Data, Ltd. He served as President of Olympic Seismic Ltd. beginning in May 2007 until June 2009. Pior to joining Seitel, he was a geophysical analyst with Western Geophysical, Inc. from 1991 to 1996. |

| Mr. Richard became President of Olympic Seismic, Ltd. in July 2009. Prior to that he joined Seitel as Senior Vice President in June 2008 responsible for corporate business activities in both the United States and Canada. Before joining Seitel, Mr. Richard was co-founder, president and CEO of FX Energy Ltd, a private junior oil and gas company. In addition, he was president and CEO of Kelman Technologies Inc, president of Paradigm Geophysical Ltd and a CEO of IHS Energy. |

| Mr. Simon became Senior Vice President, Business Development in July 2009. He joined Seitel in September 1984 as a marketing representative. In August 1985, he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In 1987, Mr. Simon was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and in 1992 to Senior Vice President. In 1996, Mr. Simon was promoted to Executive Vice President. He served as president of Seitel Data, Ltd. from June 2002 until June 2009. |
